Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
At this time, we are unable to offer carrier selection. All shipments are processed through our trusted logistics partners to ensure consistent delivery performance.

Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 5-14 business days
Shipping Fee
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following regions:
Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces addresses (Americas, Europe, Pacific).
We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military bases, or restricted zones.
Delivery Notes
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
We continuously work with our logistics partners to minimize delays and ensure timely fulfillment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include proof of purchase

Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we will cover return shipping costs.
No restocking fees will be charged.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–8 business days, depending on your financial institution.

If you have not received your refund:
