RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received (unless due to product defect or damage)
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Do not send items directly back to the delivery address.

All returns must be processed through our customer support team to ensure proper handling and correct return routing.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  2. If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
  4. No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
